PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAY ON INVOICE: You will be emailed an invoice. NZ Schools, Early Childhood Centres and other approved organisations will be sent an invoice with their order and have 7 days to make payment.
INTERNET BANKING: If you have internet banking, then you can pay now using the POLi payment service. Alternatively please select the PAY ON INVOICE option and deposit funds direct to our bank account - ANZ 06-0701-0555754-00 and use the name you have ordered with as a reference.
CREDIT CARD (PAYPAL): Card payments are processed through the PayPal payment gateway. You do not need a PayPal account - simply select the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' option when you are redirected to PayPal for payment.
DELIVERY
We have a flat rate postage and handling fee for New Zealand orders of $9.95, with a $6 additional charge for Rural Delivery. Orders are typically processed and dispatched by courier within 1-3 working days. If items are delayed we will email you.
All orders are sent with a tax invoice.
We do not accept orders from outside of New Zealand.
RETURNS
Any items deemed unsuitable by the purchaser must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Strictly no returns after 14 days. A revised invoice will be issued or cost of the items will be refunded, less postage and handling.
All items must be returned in original packaging and unopened.
No returns on sale items.
